The contact owns a 2007 Buick Terraza. While driving 65 mph, the passenger side rear door opened on its own. The contact pulled to the side of the road and attempted to close the door, but it would not move. The vehicle was driven with the door open 20 miles to the nearest dealer and they stated that the cable was broken and needed to be replaced. The VIN and engine size were unknown. The current mileage was 7,500 and failure mileage was 1,085. The consumer stated the door still malfunctions and had been service twice previously. Updated 11/14/07
