The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac Ats. After shifting into park, the vehicle reversed and the gear shifter was unable to move. The contact turned the vehicle off and it failed to restart. The vehicle was towed to a dealer, but the technician could not determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 4,447.
