While driving 75 mph the vehicle was a ran off the road by a semi truck and collided head on into a highway sign. The air bag did not deploy upon impact. No injuries reported, however the vehicle is considered totaled. Please provide additional information.
The vehicle was rear ended at 40 mph, which caused a chain reaction and the vehicle hit another motorist. The frontal air bags failed to deploy and the driver's side seat belt failed to retract upon impact. The driver sustained injuries to her neck, back, shoulder right knee, face, teeth, head, and left hand.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision with another vehicle, speed of impact was undetermined at that time, and both air bags did not deploy. Dealer and manufacturer were not notified at this time. Consumer also stated that there is a possibility of faulty brakes because one side locked which were previously repaired by dealer under warranty, there were 2 injuries.

Vehicle hit a cement wall at 5-10 mph, neither airbag deployed. Major damage to bumper. No injuries. The cause for the accident was brake failure due to the pedal becoming disconnected underneath the dash board.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision at 25-30 mph. Upon impact, none of frontal air bags deployed. Dealer was notified. In a frontal collision the radiator, the right head light completely smashed, and left head light was slightly damaged, one person was injured in the accident.
Consumer was involved in a crash at 30 mph impact in which neither driver's side nor front air bags deployed. Also, frontal air bags did not deploy. Consumer has contacted dealer.
Consumer was traveling about 65 mph, swerved to avoid hitting an animal, and left wheel went off pavement. When consumer tried to get back on pavement, vehicle lost control and hit a guardrail. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy, and driver was injured. GM has inspected the vehicle but owner has not been informed of results.
