The vehicle was rear ended at 40 mph, which caused a chain reaction and the vehicle hit another motorist. The frontal air bags failed to deploy and the driver's side seat belt failed to retract upon impact. The driver sustained injuries to her neck, back, shoulder right knee, face, teeth, head, and left hand.
Drivers seat belts lock and pull driver back for no reason. Car can be going at various speeds. Happens suddenly. Have to release seat belt and refasten to unlock the belt.
