Consumer stated that has had numerous problems steering problems. Had rack and pinion replaced on 02/7/02 on 02/09 the power steering pump failed and was replaced. Pump failed again on 02/11. No problems until 12/4/02 when power steering pump failed again. Consumer is very concerned because in all instances the steering wheel has locked up while driving posing a safety hazard.
