The car went from a drop or two while sitting in the driveway for a couple of days, to an awful mess as it now requires me to add a quart of oil every 2-3 weeks! Cadillac says "yeah that happens" and the apparent solution is to tear down the engine to replace the gasket between the aluminum head and the iron block (3-5k); THEN they tell me that after about 6 months it will "just go back to doing it". The oil is leaking in such a way that the interior smells awful for the first 20-30 minutes until the oil burns off of whatever it's leaking on AND there is smoke (light) coming out of the engine compartment.
