Driving East on flamingo St, las vegas, hit dip in road, suddenly, went dead. No power, engine died, hit from behind, airbags did not deploy. Went hospital by ambulance, with neck brace, iv drip, spent one night, went doctor next day. Car taken repair shop, per geico insurance adjuster. Went to this doctor for two years, then another doctor at V.a. hospital, to this date. Had shots to low back, neck, many chiropractor treatments, with various pills, such as oxycodone, hydocodone and other narcotics for pain. Having to shots in low back this month, 29 Oct 2014. The accident was investigated by las vegas state police department. Damage to my car was over $20,000. Dollars, geico would not replace, had to sell, suffered lost after 5 months. It was never correct after accident. Purchase 2005 new cts, it shut off while driving, traded it for 2005 Cadillac Deville, with 13,000 miles, engine leaked oil before warranty off, dealer refused to do anything. Now at 200,000 miles, it leaks 2-3 quarts between oil changes. Does not burn, engine was developed with defect, it leaks oil from bottom. I have spent thousands of dollars to repair. Found over 200 owners have same problems with Deville, leaking oil. Reported to GM, they said nothing could be done, refused to assist in repairs or fix the problem.

I drove up to valle parking, stopped to insert valle parking key. Ignition frozen-could not insert key. Steering wheel locked. Could not contact onstar. Everything froze" called onstar with my cell phone" they sent a wrecker to tow car to Cadillac dealer(approximately 25 miles away). Cadillac advised "ignition lock cylinder jammed and will not rotate". Cadillac dealer "coded and installed new ignition lock cylinder", for which I paid $632.86. Should this be included in "ignition recall"" shouldn't I be refunded the $632.86 I paid for these repairs"

When the key was inserted into the ignition it did not go in. It appears due to a GM recall #14299 this contributed to, what seams, the tumblers falling & the key will not insert. The vehicle is now disabled. I believe this is GM's faul & should be under their warranty.

We drove the vehicle in question to walmart. We were in the store for approx. 15-30 minutes before returning to vehicle, using the keyless entry remote to unlock the car. Upon entering the car, we could not insert the key into the ignition- the anti-theft system was still engaged. We tried everything we could think of- lock and unlock with key fob, lock and unlock with key in door, unplug battery and plug it back in, and even trying to lube up the ignition pieces to see if they were just stuck- and nothing has worked. It's now an over-sized paperweight sitting in the parking lot of our apartment complex.

I have had my Deville for 31/2 yrs. 33,600miles when I brought it. I have replaced regulators in three windows and at this time they need to be replaced once again. Something has to be wrong with these wiindows. I am on disabity. Need not say no more on that. But I feel there is a serious problem with this and it should be addressed. At this I have 71,00 miles and I love my car, original paint job great, no damages on my car. I take great care cause it has to last me. Also I have onstar and I must say it wasn't worth all the money I put on. I you refund my funds seriously. Oh yes I have replace two windows twice this will the 3rd time. You recieved the money for these cars. "do you think there is a problem with your product..tell me"? this replacemement should be on you guys, what you say!....thank you very much!

While driving the engine would stall intermittently. It frequently happened on the freeways while driving 55 mph, but was not necessarily confined to freeway driving. It happened on side streets and while crossing the railroad tracks and intersections. We took the vehicle to our dealer. They told us repeatedly that they couldn't duplicate the problem. Between October 2013 and Jan/Feb 2014 we spent over $2,000 for different parts the dealer thought was the problem. To be fair, part of the money was spent for brakes and other service. My husband passed away Jan. 28, 2014 and the vehicle was at the dealers. It still wasn't fixed. I asked them to please keep the car and see if they could find why the stalling was happening. They kept the car for about 2 weeks and called and said they found the problem and they would only charge me for parts and not labor. I believe this vehicle should be on the recall list. I, too had problems with windows falling down.

All four windows are defective. They fell down one after another starting a year after purchase, and will not say up. This issue is widespread and popular with this model and year vehicle. They made a crackling sound and fell down for no reason of my own. I was quoted a price of $199 to repair each window. It is 2013 and I still haven't repaired any of the windows. This vehicle needs to be recalled to repair this factory defect. This issue is very disconcerting, embarrassing and a nuisance.

My Cadillac Deville 2004 windows have all been replaced first it was the driver side window fell all the way down could not get to go up then front passenger side made a cracking sound so I put the window down and it sound like it was going to crack then took my car to my mechanic and he says wow I have never seen a good car like Cadillac have so many window problems so now that I got these 2 fixed my mechanic says maybe exercise your windows every time you get in car so I did then it was the driver side back that got stuck and then the other went in a couple of weeks all I did was making my window S go up and down I live in the desert on a dirt road so my windows never go down at 250 dollars per window that really needs to be looked into. So now I will never roll my windows down again I have tape over the buttons so that no one will use them.

Left front window regulator failed. Regulator replaced. This is the third window regulator has failed on. The right rear window and the left rear window regulators failed as well and had to be replaced. The window falls down and won't go back up using power. Can push it up by hand but it won't stay up.
