This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have Outside Rearview Mirror Charge Indicator LED may be intermittently inoperative. Technician will need to gain access to the Outside Rearview Mirror Charge Indicator LED Lens assembly and the harness connector and check for a poor connection. Also check the bar code label if the mirror was built prior to June 2014 the Outside Rearview Mirror Charge Indicator LED Lens assembly will need to be replaced.
