The Stability System Engaged warning appears. Usually at that point, the car jerks to the left or to the right because the anti-lock braking system kicks in for just a moment. This is VERY alarming. It has pulled me nearly into the other lane on several occasions as the anti-lock appears to only kick in on one of the other front wheel. Also, when applying the brakes, the anti-lock braking system is engaged even on dry pavement making it really alarming when trying to stop the car. You feel the brake pedal shaking and the audible noise from the brake pedal. It view this as a dangerous situation and will have the car serviced soon. I don't drive it much since this started. I would loke to know if there is any active recall regarding this situation.
