The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Srx. The contact stated that the driver side seat would not elevate high enough in order for her to see over the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised that they were unable to modify the seat due to the air bag being aligned with the seat. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 50,502. Contact has to use pillow to get hight enough to see. Both dealer and manufacturer were in formed of this. Neither seem to not care and air bags were not mentioned as an issue. Updated 11/02/2011
