The seats are much to hard. They are a pain in the ass. It hurts to get in and out of the car because the bolsters are so much higher than the rest of the seat. And they come to a sharp pointy edge. I am not a big man but the center of the seat is narrower than my back end. The center part of the seat should be 3" wider.
The head rest leans forward to much. My head is tilted down and uncomfortable.
The head rest should be adjustable.
If Cadillac does not fix this. I will never buy another another one.
