This happened two additional times driving down the highway the following two days. On 5/28/19, I was no longer able to drive the car in a straight line as the wheel was cocked 45 degrees to the left to even drive straight, this happened less than a mile from home and I made it home safe. The following day on 5/29/19, on the way to Firestone to have the car looked at, I could no longer drive over 25mph and the left front and rear tires were cocked out to the side and the car appeared to be drifting. I almost went off the road.

On May 12, 2018, we were driving West on Maryland interstate 68 through the mountains. We were driving downward on one of the many mountains and I noticed a wobble coming from the front passenger wheel. I began to worry and slowed down from 70 mph to 50 mph. As I approached the bottom of the mountain there was a curve to the left. All of the sudden we lost control like we were on ice. We turned 360 degrees and slammed into the right berm guard rail and then proceeded to travel back across the two land highway and hit the left median guardrail and came to a stop. There were three of us in the car and fortunately only minor injuries. We observed that the axle at the front passenger side wheel had sheered off. I couldn't believe it! also. The side air bags did not deploy when the passenger side slammed into the guard rail.
