The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac Srx. While driving at a low speed, the hatch independently opened, struck the garage door, and failed to close automatically. The contact had to manually close the hatch. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,800.
