Plastic trim piece that goes on driver's side seat which holds all the seat controls. Held in place with plastic pins. If you sit on the side of the seat wrong getting into / out of the car, it breaks the pins, and the only fix is to replace the whole assembly at the dealership. Broke on average once / year, but I'm just listing the last repair I made. The final time it broke, we traded the car in before it totally sheared off.
