The contact owns a 1995 Cadillac Seville. While driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle would not slow down when the brake pedal was depressed. The contact had to continuously pump the brake pedal in order to stop the vehicle. Afterwards, the ABS and engine lights began illuminating on the instrument panel. The vehicle was driven to a local repair shop for a diagnostic, but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The dealer stated that they would have to keep the vehicle in order to diagnose the failure. The manufacturer has not been notified and the vehicle has not been repaired. The current mileage was 100,000 and failure mileage was 95,000.
