Dealer knowingly sold consumer a car which was apart of a recall campaign #99013 for a possible short in the generator which had not been repair on the purchased vehicle. Nlm
Consumer contacted the dealer in reference to manufacturer's recall 99013/NHTSA recall 99V07000, generator shorting out. Dealer had vehicle in shop for five days and no repairs were done.
Consumer contacted the dealer in reference to NHTSA recall 99V070000/ manufcturer's recall 99013. Dealer stated vehicle was not included in recall. Consumer then contacted manufacturer. Manufacturr stated that vehicle was included. Dealer refuse to service vehicle until manufacturer sent notification. The consumer received recall notice after public notice appeared on radio/tv and the internet.
