IT IS NOT FAIR THAT THE CUE SCREEN IS CRACKING AND SOON I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A DEFECTIVE SCREEN. I AM HAVING IT REPAIRED AND NEED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE REPAIR!

THANK YOU,

IRENE SEXTON

I can’t use nothing on my radio, it f** sucks. I have to turn my channels with my Steering wheel buttons so that means I can no longer connect my phone to my car, so I can listen to music from my phone! I’m PISSED.

HAD THE CUE SYSTEM REPLACED WHILE UNDER WARRENTY AT ABOUT 40000 MILES. WORKED FIND FOR A FEW YEARS AND NOW WENT OUT AGAIN NOW IT IS NOT UNDER WRRENTY AND THE COST TO REPAIR IS AROUND $1500.. UNACCPTABLE I WOULD EXPECT A CAR LIKE A CADILLAC PLATINUM TO BETTER MADE AND LAST LONGER AT THIS RATE IT WILL PROBABLY BE THE LAST CADILLAC I WILL BUY.. LINCOLN IS LOOKING GOOD TO ME .

This is the second time the cue has quick working in my 2013 Cadillac. It was replaced in 2016 & has gone out again. They say it is a problem with the screen coming unglued. Why can't Cadillac recall this & fix the problem? These cars are not cheap & definitely not cheap to work on. I wanted this to be the last car I ever own but I can't keep fixing this every 3 years.

There must be a defect in the cue screen. This screen seem to crack every couple of years. This is second time mine has done this. Radio will not work and nothing else involving this screen. This is defective equipment and should be replaced at the manufacturers expense. I also have a 2015 XTS. I have experienced the same problem with it. Cadillac need to correct this problem.

Got in the car and found this - appears to be a common problem across several Cadillac models. No force, no anything caused this. Is a manufacturer defect that Cadillac will not do anything about.
