Rear suspension system failed. Rear end is sitting on the tires. Took it to Cadillac of New Orleans and was told that I need over $2700 in parts and maintenance to replace the entire system. I was also informed that they had just completed the same service on another 2014 XTS. Looking online, this seems to be a regular issue with this vehicle. There should be a recall on this because it's obviously an issue with this vehicle. This is really turning me off to purchasing any future Cadillac vehicles.
