Summary
Floor Plan Compensation - On December 22, 2023, GM sent GlobalConnect Message GCUS-3-3106 to all GM Dealers regarding field action N232434590. GM is working to develop a remedy as quickly as possible. When a remedy is available, the bulletin will be released and dealers can begin repairing vehicles. At the time of bulletin release with the remedy, Floor Plan Compensation for the Stop Delivery can be submitted for the involved VINs. Until further instructions are received, involved vehicles that are in dealers’ possession (new or used vehicle inventory, GM Certified Used, courtesy transportation vehicles, dealer shuttle vehicles, etc.) must be held and not delivered to customers, dealer-traded, released to auction, used for demonstration purposes or any other dealer use. All GM Certified Used vehicles currently in the dealers’ inventory within the Certified Pre-Owned Inventory System (CPOIS) will be de-certified. To be eligible for the floor plan, a vehicle must be in dealer inventory at the time the related field action bulletin is released. If a vehicle has been delivered, wholesaled or otherwise disposed of prior to release of the bulletin, the vehicle is not eligible for assistance.
