This Preliminary information communicates that a vehicle may come to the dealer with front, rear or front and rear windows inoperative. The technician is directed to either inspect the driver's window switch for the proper sticker or inspect the date code on the rear window switches depending on the condition. Depending on what is found the tech is directed to replace the affected window switch or to follow published diagnostics to determine the cause of the fault.
