GM knows this is a problem with this transmission. There is a technical service bulletin out for the problem but GM does not offer compensation. I have had the fluid flush as suggested but the problem persists. I have been told if the flush doesn't fix the problem, then it may be necessary to replace the torque converter or transmission. That is ridiculous for a $56,000 vehicle with only 8,000 miles.
