A total of three interior door handle broke off. This is annoying as hell. Total cost with dealership would be 600.00. Add insult to everything else, I have had problems with the camshaft. I've had this problem check into a total of three times at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. The problem has never been completely fixed. Captiva continues to jerk and stall. Customer service is the worse at Sierra in Jackson Tennessee. I wouldn't want them to wipe my nose... forgive my language. William Croom is never available and when you can contact him. Let's just say he is no help. I will never purchase another vehicle at that place.

Captivia was a cheaply made car and it needs lots of recalls, from the side of the seat breaking to the door handles breaking off to the key getting stuck in the ignition. Can we not sue to have these items fixed?
