A total of three interior door handle broke off. This is annoying as hell. Total cost with dealership would be 600.00. Add insult to everything else, I have had problems with the camshaft. I've had this problem check into a total of three times at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. The problem has never been completely fixed. Captiva continues to jerk and stall. Customer service is the worse at Sierra in Jackson Tennessee. I wouldn't want them to wipe my nose... forgive my language. William Croom is never available and when you can contact him. Let's just say he is no help. I will never purchase another vehicle at that place.
