The contact stated the passenger and rear seat belts tighten as soon as they are put on. They are so tight that there is not enough room for the passenger to turn on the radio. The dealer, where she purchased the vehicle, states it was the way the vehicle was manufactured. Another dealer told the contact it was made that way so that a child safety seat could be put in. She informed him there were airbags, and he then stated she could put a rear facing seat there. No repairs have been made to the vehicle.
