The contact owns a 2007 Chevrolet Colorado. A few days after the vehicle was purchased, the contact noticed that the gear would not shift into reverse. She went to the dealer and had the vehicle inspected. The mechanic informed the contact to shove the clutch in to shift the gear in reverse. She has to place the shift in every single gear before she can finally place it in reverse. She called the dealer and was given a paper stating that the vehicle was made to perform in that manner. The failure mileage was 187 and current mileage was 5,030. Updated 09/18/07
