I feel that GM should be paying to fix this problem. After some research it appears that the problem is in the harness under both front seats, in the in the extended cab only. It has been shown that the wires are to short, they kink and break. THIS IS A DESIGN FLAW IN THE COLORADO EXTENDED CAB. It should be fixed at GM's cost
