Headlights work fine with aux power, when you lock or unlock the car. I will do a light check with the ignition on without starting the engine and all light work fine. When I turn the ignition to start the engine the drivers side headlight goes out and does not come back on until I have shut the engine off and lock the doors. I have even tried using the manual switch instead of auto with the same results. I have pulled on wires and shaken the headlight and as long as the engine is not running the headlight will stay on.
