The worst part on the transmission issue is that the dealer offered to me "bumper-to-bumper" warranty, which never was true. The dealer said that my car was not in its data base at all (even though I purchased a zero mile SUV). I went four time to Englewood dealer to deal with the transmission issue but after three and half years nothing has been solved.
Dealer sold the company to a third party and they do not honor my warranty at all. This is annoy and outrages that buying a new car with 100k miles warranty, no one knows what's going on. But on the other hand, the Chevy dealer wants me to pay about $2,200 in extended warranty because according to them it expire at 36,000 miles. DO NOT BY FROM CHEVROLET AT ALL! This is my second American car in 30 years and they ALL SUCK!
