To start off with I had 2015 Chevy Malibu which I loved so much but it was a lease so I only had a few months left before that ended. I decided to go ahead and trade it and get a vehicle that was not a lease which is the 2016 Chevy Trax which I hate. I only had it for 3 weeks before problems started which the first problems was the volume on the steering wheel didn't work. Second issue was that the touch screen for the radio and other items as far as the radio it went blank and didn't work for several minutes. The last problem was just about 2 days ago the SUV started jerking the check engine light came on and it was the iginition cord that was bad. This is a 2016 we are talking about so there should not have been any issues. But on top of all this I tried to give this SUV back in the first 22 days but Chevrolet would not let me they said the bank had already accepted and come back next year. I sent several emails and talk to about 3 people but no one was helpful or act like there cared. The location I went to is in Indianapolis Blossom Chevrolet on 21st and Shadeland Ave. This is my 3rd vehicle from them and this is the worst one I enjoy the other 2 that I had but they will not get my business any more just by the way I was treated. I thought us as buyers had 30 days to decide if we like it or not but I guess that not the case. The people there act like they didn't care if they got my business back or not they just wanted me to leave and they told me just about anything so I would quit complaining. Currently I am looking to see how long us as customers got when we decide this is not for me before it is too late. Last thing that tick me off was that I had better features in my 2015 Malibu than my 2016 Chevy Trax and that is so sad. I WISH I KEPT MY 2015 MALIBU BECAUSE I WAS SO MUCH HAPPIER.
