The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Trax equipped with Continental Tires, Tire Line: ProContact, Tire Size: P205/70/R16, DOT Number: P50WWBVD4219. The contact stated while driving 50 MPH, the rear passenger-??s side tire experienced a blowout. The contact was able to pull over on the side of the road and replaced the tire with the spare tire. The tire was taken to a dealer that stated that the tire could not be repaired. The tire was replaced. On another occasion, the contact noticed that the sidewall on the front passenger-??s side tire was damaged. The tire was not replaced. The manufacturer was contact and stated there was no recall for the failure. The failure mileage was 30,000.
