The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 15V313000 (electrical system, equipment) and stated that the part needed was unavailable to perform the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the esp and bac light illuminated on the instrument panel. In addition, the contact mentioned that the turn lights, side mirrors and all power windows failed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 119,372. Re-mailed 11/25/14 updated 1/28/15 the consumer stated the following components failed: Horn, ac compressor, ac fan, radiator fan, radio, wipers, speedometer, air bag indicator and battery. Updated 02/18/15

After having the tow hitch installed by the dealership, the consumer was then informed that there wasn't load leveling shocks for this truck. This makes towing a trailer impossible. The owners manual indicates if equipped, load leveling shocks can be installed. This information is incorrect.
