I have a Chrysler 300. Purchased the car October 31' 2004. Since that time frame, I had to get a new vehicle 30 days later because the transmission went out the next day and the steering wheel column broke. The vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership. The tires came in bad, I had two tire companies look at the tires and it was stated they were chopped up, make the car drive extremely rough. The dealership where I purchased the vehicle "WOULD NOT" exchange or prorate a new set. I called a dealership in Georgia, sent them pictures of the car, and the report from the two tire companies. The dealership asked me to bring it in. I wrecked the vehicle in SC. $9000 of damage due to the faulty tires.
I spent $500 for the gear shift that broke while parked in the yard. $200.00 for another key because the key that came with the car put the car in alarm status and it would not start. And after I figured that out, the vehicle windshield wipers would not work. Now it's the seat belt light. It's been coming on and off since March off this year. Now, the most disappointing situation is my vehicle is not on the list because I do not live in the weather climate states. We'll that's another $500, for the seat belt light.
When is Chrysler going to take the responsibility of their mistakes, and stop burdening their customers with large repair bills they can handle.
