Car kept overheating. Then it would lose all of the coolant. Needed to refill it or wouldn't start. Changing the thermostat now. Let's see how it goes from here on...

No one wants to drive around in 30-40 degree weather with no heat (what if it was in the middle of winter at 15degrees below zero?)
