Apparently this a known defect with this car. The seals break down and mechanics term it as "blowby " eventually. Sometimes the car blows out a little smoke on start up now and on hard acceleration. We have kept up the oil changes religiously and are switching to synthetic oil as we have been told it slows down the oil seepage if there is any.
I will not buy another Chrysler product if they do not correct this issue. I love this car in general it just sucks as an American made car. I don't have the money for a new engine which is likely what I will need.
