The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300. When the vehicle was started, the lighting bolt symbol illuminated and the vehicle did not start. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (gary matthews motors, clarksville, tn, 931-552-7100) where it was diagnosed that the ignition was faulty and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The failure was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 119,000.
