The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler 300. On several occasions, while driving, the rear driver's and passenger side tail lights failed without warning. The vehicle was taken to donovan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (located at 1901 AZ-92, Sierra vista, AZ 85635, (520) 458-8000) where it was diagnosed that the faulty tipm needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and recommended that the contact take the vehicle to another Chrysler dealer. The approximate failure mileage was 143,000.
