Each time I would put the car in reverse, it would grind gears in order to put in r gear. So I would have to first place it in first gear then into reverse. I informed the Chrysler deal on Colonial Drive Orl of the situation. They told me that the car was new and there was no issues on it as a recall. They could not help me.
