window fogging when there is heavy moisture in the air

This has been an on going issue with this car since right after I purchased it.. Been in and out of the shop many times, without success. Finally delt with ChryslerCustomer Center..Total waste of time!!! I ended up paying a 110. Dollars at the their request I take it into another dealer and have them Star it...two days again without the car..soon as I got it back we "tried" to take it to Iowa, it was raining..."the fogging was still a issue", took a different car..

As soon as I turn the defroster on, when it's raining it starts fogging above the vents and continues to crawl up the windshield...totally crazy!! The heater also will blow cold air at anytime it feels it wants and air conditioner will blow Hot whenever...total piece of crap!! This is the Third 300 in ten Year two new one used ..Everyone has been a huge headache..my love for them and Chrysler at this point is gone!! My advice, Do Not buy Chrysler products, total junk and they don't care about their customers!! I am a 7 month breast cancer survivor, I do not need this stress... Will be trading this car shortly...
