The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the interior door panels on all four doors were unsecured and separated from the door frame. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The contact was concerned that during a collision the door panels might eject from the door frame and cause a safety hazard for occupants in the vehicle. The local dealer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 38,000.

The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the dealer. The approximate failure mileage was 57,300.
