I bought a pt cruiser 07, about 9,ooo miles I was hearing some cracking noise i kept hearing it,I took it to Conway heaton in bardstown ky to have it looked at and they said they could not hear anything to bring it back when I heard it again, I continued to hear it but they never did, so I just went about life, in october I had a problem with the oil keep leaking out of the car so I immediately took it to Conway Heaton to look at it and they told me the motor was blown and I needed to bring my last oil change receipt in and they would fix it So I did as they asked, Then they still would not pay for it they said due to lack of matience when I alway had it matinence. At this time it has 27,ooo miles. I have been getting the run around. i called a lady at Chrysler and she said she would try to resolve the issue and she said I could get a rental car until mine was fixed well come Monday when she told me to call back, the story had changed. So I am so upset that I have a warranty and they won't help me. I went to Chrysler with my mom to buy a reliable car for my kids, and my mom always bought Chrysler's over the years. We both bought a car the same day and spent about 50,ooo dollars together. She had bought them every time she needed a new car. She's probley owned 7-8 chryslar So this was my second one, I had owned. I have been so stressed out and I have been crying myself sick over this. I don't know what to do. Christmas is right around the corner. I don't know how I can get to work half the time, and if I don't work my life and my kids life as we know it will fall apart, I could not look in to my babies eyes's with despair if they don't have christmas this year. I would feel worse then I felt ever. My mom has to try to get me to work and then try to go teach kids to be good people and in fact in life we are dealing with unfair unjustice people at chrysler. We had a family tradition and they did not give us the time of the day and we gave them years. To have a good business you have to care about your customers, and family but this year I dont know what mine is going to do. I just pray to god because he is the only one who can help me against this evil but I just pray my kids don't have to suffer because of this unfortunate event.
