2007 Pacifica ltd $38,000 May 2009: Job#1 white smoke coming from engine at 45K miles. Dealership replaced valve seals on both banks. Job#3 they also had to replace spark plugs and decarb engine due to the smoke. I had to agree to pay for half of this (not warranty item - although the warranty work from the smoke from broken gaskets is what caused this damage) job#2 is listed on my repair ticket but was never discussed with me. During 27 point inspection they found the engine mount was broken. Never discussed with me - never fixed. I've been driving around like this for who knows how long. I'm wondering if my axle is messed up now as well. I will be talking to the Chrysler / Dodge service manager tomorrow and threatening him with the attorney general if they do not fix this. Broken engine mounts should def be a recall!!
