This is very similar situation to others'. A weekend rental from Budget at the Orlando MCO Airport, Budget #93488695. It happened twice, at low speed - trying to come to a stop the brake pedal went up and hit my foot. I think that cruise control, which had been on, was fighting the braking system. I do not know the year or VIN but as it was a rental and looked new enough that I put down 2019. NHTSA won't take a complaint without a VIN and a vehicle year.
