Took my car in 10/23/15 to have the tires rotated and was told by the shop I needed new tires that they were almost bald and the thread indicators were showing on all 4. my tires had only 20K miles on them and the warranty was for 60K miles. Shop said they would contact falken tires and call me back. Falken jerked the shop around for over a week passing him from dept. To dept. Red flag!!!! in the meantime I checked w/ several other shops and in online forums and reviews. All said they had they're tires wear out in 6-8 months or more. The shops said because of the wear problems they wouldn't sell them and falken had shortened the warranty to 40K and 5 years. Many submitted claims and were denied 2 or 3 times. The shop was told by falken for me to buy new tires and they'd reimburse me if they found a problem w/ the tires. Am disabled on a fixed income and can't do this. What good is a warranty if the company is going to ignore you? I don't trust falken the company or the brand based on their deception and not recalling a defective product based on many many problems. These are falken ziex 912's size 205/65/R15. Things remain right at a stalemate, but I have sent a letter to the falken CEO.

Despite having a tire shop investigate the slow leak in my tires, no cause was found for a continuous slow leak. Every time I use the car I need to re-inflate at lease one of the tires.

I was driving 65 mph on route 495 after leaving route 66 from vienna, va. I was getting an uneven light thump feeling like I was driving lined pavement, but it is not on 495. I had a very strong pull of the steering wheel, and I checked my mirrors to see if I may have run over something. I saw the full circular part of my right front tire rolling across the highway behind me. I had to grab the steering wheel tightly to bring the vehicle across three lanes of highway to the breakdown lane. I was helped with putting on my spare tire, but only had about an inch of rubber left on the rim of my wheel. I drove to the waldorf office of tires plus on the spare and had the tire replaced the next morning after they found a replacement at approximately half price based on mileage.

Consumer has been experiencing problems with the tires that came from the factory. They keep losing air. The tires are Goodyear. As soon as the vehicle neared 20000 miles one of the tires blew-out while consumer was in motion. The reason the tire blew was because it was worn due to an improper alignment.*Goodyear tires

Both front tires have gone completely flat. Tire dealer stated that this is due to alloy rims contracting with the low profile tires. One was a newly replaced tire, the other tire had 11,00 miles on it. The right wheel is slightly bent, and I am told that this cannot be repaired and this could cause an incomplete seal around the bead/rim. I am currently checking tire pressure every two weeks, and most recently had pressure as low as 10 psi on rear right, and 15-25 on all others. Tire dealer stated this problem is due to combination of aluminum rims and low profile tires. This appears to be quite an unsafe combination if he is correct. I cannot believe that I need to reinflate my tires every three weeks! thanks for your assistance. (tiresize: P215/50R17)
