Starter replacement was COST only. My husband is a mechanic and was able to replace it. It would have cost $300-$400 to replace at a standard mechanic.

Seriously thinking of trading this money pit in. I like it, but I don't know whether I should keep sinking money in it!

Turned the car off at night.... went out the next morning and the car would not start... checked the battery and the fuses.... towed to garage .... STARTER FAILED.... this damn car had been treated with kid gloves... just a piece of #@$%
