This noise only seems to occur when noone who cares is in the car.. I will be driving at a rate of speed of 30-40 or 50 miles an hour when it starts whining in the left drivers side wheels front end and continues until my car has to have the brakes applied and slowly goes out (the noise) this has happened ever since I bought the vehicle, and the mechanics that have worked on in have no clue what the noise is. I have all new brake pads and also recently replaced the rotors... no clue do you have a suggestion?
