Bought the car new. There are pieces of reticulated foam behind the IP air vents. After less than a year, these began to deteriorate. The result was and is tiny chunks of black and silver foam are blown onto everyone in the front seat. I was told that it was not possible to fix the problem without removing the IP and pulling out the foam. I've been picking away at the remaining foam with tweezers but it still keeps coming, even after 8 years and 45000 miles.
