seat heater melted a hole in my seat

Feb 2012 heated seat burnt thru the cover and my shirt and burnt me. chysler fixed it. Jan 2017 heated seat burnt thru the cover and I called Chysler, they said it was a FIRE so they sent an inspector. the report from Chrysler Feb 20, 2017 case #30879845 is attached. MR.KON signed the letter "special investigations" 586.274.8162 will not return my 100's of calls. I tried to call Chrysler customers service and they informed me that they can open a new case in order to get someone to talk to me. lol...... case#31235934. No further correspondence so i called and they basically said there were no supervisors, managers, vp's, ceo's etc that would be able to discuss this & the case is complete as far as they were concerned. i have every reciept and total record of my care of my car. i put over 20000 into this car. Chrysler could care less about the average car buyer. very disappointing. i asked the dealership to see if they can find out why no one will talk to me, he said he tried, no help and customer service was rude. ok another dead end i am going to better business bureau to file a complaint. i am buying a new car in 2018, i will not be a chrysler.

I love my Chrysler Sebring and haven't had any problems with it other than this.

I really don't know what to do other than trying to get it fixed and letting someone be aware of this in case someone gets burned or terribly hurt. Thank God I wasn't in the car when it happened.
