ABS light and brake light stays on. Van won't stop very easily, the brake pedal is very hard, doesn't want to go down. It takes all my strength to get the vehicle to stop. I took it in to have new brakes put on it, but they said it wasn't the brakes that was causing the problem, they didn't know what it was.
