fuel leak led to fire

I bought the van in May of 2020. The van had issues with repairs, repeatedly, once a week until I got sick and tired of it. So November 1 came around and we started to smell a small leak in the engine by one of the spark plugs. Then November 4th came and I had just gotten done with laundry with my friend and we had just put ten dollars worth of gas in the tank when we were driving down the road. We were at a light when I noticed a kind black kid in a white car behind me just constantly watching my van. When I poked my head out the window, all he said to me was your van is on fire. So I waited for the light to turn green, so I could turn. Once I did, I found the first parking lot to pull into and got out to look and sure enough it was on fire.
