CarComplaints.com Notes: What the heck happened here? A year after getting our "seal of pretty good" for the 2004, Chrysler turns around and delivers this crapwagon.

This minivan has problems ranging from rack and pinion steering failure to door locks that won't let you out. And trust me, you'll want to get out.

Chrysler has upgrades for the computer that basically runs the car, they send bulletins out to their dealers, but the dealer in Marshall MN does not feel any obligation to inform its customers about this or any other bulletin until the customer complains. At that time they will be more than happy to charge you.

Last time I go back to that dealer and buy another Chrysler vehicle.

And Detroit wonders why they can't sell cars in the US. It is the customer that buys the vehicle. Screw us enough and we will go away.
