The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in the manufacturers recall. The failure mileage was 85,000.

Low beam headlights fail to come on. This is a great safety hazard. If you pull the high beam switch the high beams do come on and stay on as long as the switch is held back. You can also just turn on the high beams.
