The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that when the headlight switch was turned on, the headlights failed to illuminate. Additionally, on several occasions, the headlights failed to remain illuminated while driving at night. The contact stated that the headlights returned to normal operation after manipulating the headlight switch several times. The vehicle was taken to steve white motors (3470 highway 70 SE, hickory, nc 28603, (828) 414-1499) however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that there was no warranty coverage on the vehicle and refused to offer further assistance. The failure mileage was 65,000.

Low beam headlights fail to come on. This is a great safety hazard. If you pull the high beam switch the high beams do come on and stay on as long as the switch is held back. You can also just turn on the high beams.
